In honor of President's Day we focused much of February on our most famous past and current presidents. This first video talks about our first president, George Washington. Before watching the video, ask your child what they already know about George Washington. After watching the video, have your child come up with 2 new facts that they learned, and one question they still have.
In this second video, the focus is on our sixteenth president, Abraham Lincoln. Once again, before watching the video have your child tell you what they know about Lincoln. After watching the video, discuss with your child what new information they have gathered.
Next month is the birthday of Dr. Seuss. We will be celebrating his great life with a Seusstastic week! Here is quick bibliography of his life!
